    IDENTIFY

Player identification is the critical first step to the process as we not only identify the players who will be a good fit for our program, but also ensure that our program is a good fit for interested players.  With open registration sessions for our introductory programs to open team tryouts held each off season, we strive to place each player in the appropriate short-term level to help meet their long-term goals. Each player’s development path, and pace, is different. Our system is designed to continuously measure progress towards a player’s goals to make the necessary adjustments to keep them on track for maximizing their potential and keeping their love for hockey strong.

    DEVELOP

With access to 2 practices a week, along with weekly skills and off-ice training opportunities, we offer all that is needed for each player to maximize their potential as a hockey player.  Players are pushed out of their comfort zones to enhance their skill sets, make better decisions, learn from their mistakes and gain confidence in the way they understand and play the game.

    COMPETE

With access to the best and most competitive boys' and girls' hockey leagues in the country, our teams always face-off against other top programs both locally and nationally.  Whether in regular season or tournament play, this combination of age and level-appropriate competition ensures that every player is matched with a competitive environment that will maximize their development and put them in the best position to achieve their long-term goals.

    PROMOTE

Our primary goal is to prepare each player to successfully advance from age group to age group.  Whether it's from learn to skate, to learn to play, to development, to youth, to midgets, to high-school or junior hockey and beyond, our players have lofty goals and want to work towards achieving them.  In a late-developing sport like hockey, timing is critical and our process is designed to make sure that players are moving forward, staying within their current level, or even sometimes taking a step back in the short-term in order to maximize opportunities to achieve those long-term goals.  Our group of highly respected coaches at all levels of our organization take pride in working with players and families throughout the entire development lifecycle to prepare them to be the best hockey players and individuals they can be on and off the ice.
