Spring League

6The Boston Jr. Terriers in-house Spring League is designed to be fun and competitive allowing players to continue developing their hockey skills.

We are in our 17th season.

This league is designed to keep players on the ice as a supplement to their other spring sports.

Players will have one weekly game on Sunday in addition to one weekly skills session. Skills are designed to focus on player development with an emphasis on small area games, skating, stick handling, shooting, and passing.

All games will be played on full ice. Coaches will balance the lines so that players are playing against kids their same age to the best of their ability.

All Games are played on Sundays

Game Times rotate on Sundays between 8 am and 4 pm times will rotate around each week.

Parity round if needed - Depending on the number of divisional teams there may be a seeding round robin.

Games during the seeding round will be 25 minutes running time with each team playing 2 games a day.

Pee Wee and Bantam 4v4 Leagues: Fast-Paced, Creative, Competitive!

The Pee Wee 4v4 league is back for its 5th season, and it’s better than ever! This fast-paced competition features unique rules designed to enhance creativity and maximize hockey IQ:  This year we have added a player draft to balance the rosters. 

• No offsides: Encouraging dynamic playmaking and innovation on the ice.
• Minimal stoppages: The only breaks occur at the end of each period.
• Zone clearance after goals: Keeping the game flowing and players thinking strategically.

All Games - 2 x 22 Minute Periods
Teams of 12 players plus 2 goalies
10 teams Max - playoffs based on regular-season standings.
